Everyone, meet Kevin Jacobs! Kevin joined Uberflip in 2018 as a BDR, took on a Team Lead role and is now a Sales Engineer. He's been a part of every stage of the customer journey during his time here, starting with being very involved in the beginning of the lifecycle sourcing leads and now seeing customers grow with us and continue to keep growing. Through his 3 years here, he's seen Uberflip become a notable name in the industry and offer Marketers an integral piece of their tech stack.
Kevin shares a story on how when he was a BDR he would include Sales Engineer concepts on the call, which was not only great for the customer experience, but also great for his career. development and eventually making his case to take on his current Sales Engineer role. He also talks about how taking risks is an opportunity to find your own path and that it even has to involve leaving where you are- you can find it internally!
Lastly, Kevin offers some words of wisdom on the topic of trying to solve problems first before and how coming to the table with solutions or ideas can lead to more productive relationships with colleagues.
