The Uberflipper's Journey feat. Ken!

Meet Ken Edwards aka our Uberflip 'Boomerang'! Ken has 2 start dates with us, the first in Aug 2015 when he started as a BDR and then he 'boomerang-ed' back to us after a brief stint away in Sept 2019 to lead our Commercial Sales Team. 

Back in 2015 Ken was part of an Uberflip that was in the midst of creating a category around Content Experience that was heavily weighted in educating customers about why the experience matters. Since he's been back, he's come to find that Uberflip has become industry experts and people now come to us to learn more about the Content Experience space. 

Ken makes personal growth a priority by not just focusing on his day to day tasks but by making time to grow in all sorts different ways, like learning how to code or reading leadership books to be more effective in his role. 

Ken wraps with some awesome advice- take on as much as you can regardless of the possibility of making mistakes, because chances are everyone is taking chances and risks at any level of the organization.
