On this episode of The Uberflipper's Journey I sit down with Talha from our Finance team! Talha joined Uberflip in 2018 as an Accounting Intern spending most of his time on day to day Finance tasks but has grown into a full time Accountant role here at Uberflip with more responsibility and an ability to understand the business as a whole. 

He's seen us grow not just from a headcount perspective but also from a strategic lens like adding more departments as the company grows. He's has the opportunity to be pushed outside his comfort zone to learn more about the Finance side of the business and take on new tasks and projects. 

Talha shares his advice that even if it doesn't seem like there will be immediate impact of a process, it's important to think long term of where the company will be and the importance of setting up for success down the road.
