The Most Valuable Uberflipper Award kicked off last quarter and we are excited to announce the winners of this quarter.

The MVU award provides employees with the opportunity to shine a spotlight on a team member from each department that has encompassed one of our three Core Values through their work and interactions with peers, co-workers & customers.

L.U.V. Our People & Customers

This MVU award goes to someone who listens, understands, and values the people all around them, creating great experiences and empathy.

The Most Valuable Uberflipper on the Product Team goes to Sarah Burgess! Sarah listens, understands and values the people that surround her, from our customers to colleagues to everyone in between. She goes out of her way to provide ideas, resources and support to her team!

The person recognized as the MVU on the Revenue Team goes to Mehria Karimzadah! Mehr consistently goes above and beyond to make us and our customers better. She speaks up for our customers in internal forums like the ABM workshop and CX Fuel sessions and provides thoughtful, well supported feedback to help drive improvement.

Be Bold

This MVU award goes to someone who perpetually challenge the status quo, is a champion of their initiatives, is open to failure and is apart of the solution.

You may recognize Colin Loughran from last quarters winners, thats right, Colin took home another win as MVU on the Marketing Team. He has been a content workhorse for Uberflip within the last months. He put a strategic plan together and has been serving as content editor for all copy-related items going live and manages a lot of various tasks that keep things moving on the Uberflip Team.

The MVU on the Engineering team, goes to Daphne Chiang. Daphne has given her all this quarter to deliver some exceptional work. She is an extremely hard worker who never gives up and makes software development look like piece of cake.

Make Data Driven Decisions

This MVU award goes to someone who stays relevant and contextual, communicates constantly, seeks efficiency, is practical and rational, and delivers on their initiative.

The Most Valuable Uberflipper on the Operations Team goes to Zaigham Salehi! Zaigham has brought new ideas and ways of thinking to how we handle data privacy and security. He has taken on various projects to ensure not only that we are in compliance with the law and our customers' contractual requirements, but that we have records to prove such compliance.
