Personalization is something we’ve been talking about for a long time, but have yet to get really good at. Many people get overwhelmed when it comes to personalization because they think that means they have to personalize every piece of content, versus pick the right pieces of content to put in front of people.

Customer Intelligence

Randy and Anna dig into the importance of taking the time to talk to your customers, leveraging customer data, and mapping the customer journey in order to create and make use of the right content at the right time.
