Inspiration

I love, love, love this concept because it's so easy to put together but can also be highly valuable when done right. The marketers at Drift took a page from our college professors' books and held "Office Hours" which is essentially a Q&A-style webinar with no pre-planned content or slide presentation. Instead, it's a simple Zoom meeting or virtual conference call where participants submit questions live or via chat, and a lovely panel of speakers chimes in with answers, thoughts, and advice. 

This particular session focused heavily on the content team at Drift and how they structured their team, managed priorities, and got so much done. This session was promoted to their customer base and community but this concept could be applied more broadly as well. 

It's all about leveraging the expertise on your team, or sourcing some outside experts who are comfortable answering questions on the fly. 

This is one idea you're going to want to steal!
