CAB Member Code of Conduct As an Uberflip Customer Advisory Board (CAB) member, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of this Code of Conduct. We appreciate your cooperation to help ensure a safe environment for all members. Privacy / Confidentiality Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of both personal and business information is an important aspect of the way Uberflip conducts its business. Collecting, using, and disclosing information in an appropriate, responsible, and ethical manner is fundamental to Uberflip's daily operations. Uberflip strives to protect and respect all information as it relates to business practices, internal company information, customers, employees, and business partners. Therefore, each Uberflip CAB member will be expected to keep confidential any information shared during our CAB meetings or throughout the year, both in regards to information learned about Uberflip that is not yet public or, about the businesses of your fellow CAB members. As a reminder, any information disclosed by Uberflip, which is not generally known to the public, whether marked as confidential or not, is considered confidential information and is subject to the confidentiality obligations contained in our customer agreement or separately executed NDA, as applicable. Uberflip is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees and participants. All CAB member information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.uberflip.com/legal/privacy-policy/. Conduct You may not record audio or video of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Uberflip reserves the right to refuse admittance to future CAB meetings, or remove any person from the CAB at any time in its sole discretion, including inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful, or dangerous behaviour or failing to comply with any of the terms of this CAB Member Code of Conduct.
