Engaging prospects with relevant content experiences

Prior to using Uberflip, EcoVadis struggled with creating engaging experiences relevant for every visitor to their website. Their goal was to create targeted messaging and personalized pages that would serve up tailored content for each unique visitor. Ultimately, they wanted to create binge-worthy content experiences that really spoke to the needs and interests of each and every visitor and Uberflip allowed for them to do just that.

After starting with Uberflip, the team at EcoVadis was able to create targeted, experience-based, dedicated landing pages with relevant content. These pages helped them target nurture audiences to increase their lead score and move them through the sales funnel.

THE SOLUTION

Personalized content streams for every buyer persona

EcoVadis gave their team all the right tools they needed to easily create personalized experiences for every visitor. Once onboarded to Uberflip in 2018, they started with one English hub and all language content was managed in this single hub. Fast forward five years, and they now have a total of seven hubs covering content in 14+ languages. Not only has EcoVadis been able to target specific personas and create personalized 1:1 and 1:many experiences using this content, they also recently adopted Uberflip’s Sales Assist—a digital sales room that lets their sales team quickly and easily curate the right content for high-priority accounts.

Using Uberflip, EcoVadis was able to increase their hot leads that were sent to sales by 33% year over year, which allowed the team to focus their resources on prospects with serious buying intent. They were also able to increase their hot MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) by 46% which converted to SALs (Sales Accepted Lead) year-over-year and resulted in a 200% increase of revenue from MGOs (Marketing Generated Opportunities) year-over-year.
