The Uberflipper's Journey feat. Stacey!

Everyone, meet Stacey! She's been with the team since May 2018 and joined us as an Implementation Specialist. Within the last 6 months she's transitioned into the role of Manager, Customer Onboarding. Stacey runs training calls and working sessions with her team to ensure their success while always prioritizing our customers.

Stacey has seen Uberflip grow and evolve over the years and there's no doubt she has been a vital part of the journey. She has exposure to all of our customers and has been able to tackle the very complex challenges of our marketers.

At one point in time she used to make up the entire Implementation Specialist team (yes you read that right). As she says 'sheer dedication and hard work is how I go to this point'. Uberflip has allowed her to grow both professionally and personally. She is so excited to keep improving and growing within her role to continue to provide value across the organization.

There's no doubt Stacey is a crucial part of our customer's success and we are so lucky to have her on our team and championing our customers!

Stay tuned to the end to see if she runs 5k a day or drinks 4 cups of coffee a day, or both!

About the Author

After 5 years as our CMO, I moved to focus on engaging with our community. This could be a customer or someone just dipping their toes into Content Experience. I am here to guide you, but more likely learn from you and share it back. As Chief Evangelist, I want to bridge your stories so we create a better content experience and in turn customer experience (CX). The term “evangelism” actually comes from Greek history and the three words of 'bringing good news'. This is my goal - to bring good news to you every day. It could be a customer story you could learn from or a simple upbeat thought to get you out of a rut.
