We're back with another episode of The Uberflipper's Journey and you all get to meet the one and only Josh Gladstone!
Josh joined Uberflip as a Customer Success Manager in May 2019, focused on the success of our customer. He quickly realized this was something he was very passionate about and moved into a role on a new team called Expert Services where he's been able to help our clients on a one to one basis not only being successful with the Uberflip platform but advising on overall Marketing strategy. And, super exciting, he now leads the Expert Services team as of earlier this year!
Josh has seen Uberflip overcome being siloed and work more collaboratively across all departments to make our customers successful and embrace our core value of LUVing the Customer.
There's so much great advice in this episode but these are two of our fave pieces! Whenever a problem arises, instead of asking permission to implement or work on a solution, just do it! And, only you are responsible for your success, no one else will drive it for you.
