20 Anti-Racism Books and Articles We’re Reading
At Uberflip we are committed to doing our part to stand up to racism, hate, and social injustices. The examples of racism against Black communities in recent weeks have demonstrated the need for change—which starts in our homes, our workplaces, and our communities.
We encourage you to allocate some of your employee training and education budgets to purchase some of these books, add them to your company libraries, and start discussion groups around them to share what you’re learning and turn it into action within your organization. We’ll be doing the same.
