Marketers know that great content is as often as much about visuals as it is about words.  Eye-catching social icons or a slick header image can be the difference between people sharing or noticing your content — or not. We've even gotten shout-outs from people just because they love our blog images so much.

The thing is, we're not all designers in addition  to being marketers. Or we don't have designers on staff to help with visual content creation. Or we do — but  they can't drop everything to make one-off images for us.  Or we don't have time to scour the Internet or Creative Commons looking for images that both look good and that we're allowed to use.  Whatever the case may be, it's frustrating to have an awesome blog post written and have to settle for an accompanying stock photo of two Dockers-clad guys laughing around a water cooler. Or hanging out in it:
