How much content is too much content?

It’s hard to place a numerical value on the amount of content you should be creating…it really depends on the interests and engagement level of your audience.

Try to experiment posting different volumes of content and measure engagement over time. Perhaps posting 3 pieces per day drives more traffic than 2 but posting 5 doesn’t make much difference on your content goals. Try to find the sweet spot for your target audience. If you’re just starting out, consistency is the most important — whether that’s once a day, once a week, or once a month.

Also remember that quality is always more important than quantity. Content marketing is meant to provide value for your audience and simply pumping out pieces detracts from the relationships you’re working to build.

If it’s a debate between quantity vs quality, ere on the side of quality. But if quantity won’t compromise quality, experiment sharing various volumes of content and see what resonates with your audience.
